The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows;
The Ultimate Adult Hair-Loss Giveaway is being run on Facebook and Instagram. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
Entrants must be following @HairandNowGlobal, @Blac_cosmetics, @GirlnativeNZ_Aus and @the_Zoe_journal on either Instagram or Facebook. The entrant must also tag at least one friend on the giveaway image, with each tag representing an additional entry into the giveaway.
This prize has been organised by HairandNowGlobal, putting together an ultimate hair loss giveaway pack to help make hair loss easier for one lucky person. The parties listed above have kindly contributed prizes in support of alopecia awareness month.
A winner will be drawn on 15 October 2019, at 1pm Eastern Standard Time.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram and/or Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. The winner’s name will be announced on Facebook and Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The Prize will be posted by HairandNowGlobal to the winner, at no cost to the winner.
Using a random number generator, HairandNowGlobal will select one winner, which will be picked at random, from all complete entries via Instagram and Facebook.
HairandNowGlobal‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
General Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway;
This giveaway may not be entered by employees of any of the contributing parties, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Canadian Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
HairandNowGlobal shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. HairandNowGlobal also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
HairandNowGlobal is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
